The last date to fill the pre-merit application form is 5^th June 2025.

Admission process for AY 2025-26 will be online. The student is not required to come to college physically, but he/she will have to upload all the required documents in the pre-merit registration form. Therefore, please check all the instructions carefully and follow the process thoroughly.

If a student from Maharashtra State does not have a Domicile Certificate, he/she can select the "Other State" as a "Domicile state" in the pre-merit application form. He/she can change the domicile state to Maharashtra after he/she submits the certificate to the college before 31st October 2025.

IMPORTANT: Before initiating the registration for SCAC, please ensure that you go to your browser settings and TURN OFF the auto fill option to avoid incorrect information being entered.

Steps :

1. Click on "Register".
2. Read the Instructions carefully and then click on the 'I Agree' button to accept the Terms and Conditions.
3. Fill the registration form and upload all necessary documents.
4. Pay the registration charges.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS :

• Student should give the correct e-mail ID to facilitate smooth admission procedure.
• The college offers various programmes viz.:
  • F.Y. B.A. Psychology
  • F.Y. B.A. English
  • F.Y. B.A. Economics
  • F.Y. B. Com.
  • F.Y. B.Com. Accounting and Finance (Integrated with ACCA)
  • F.Y. B.Com. Business Analytics (Integrated with IoA)
  • F.Y. B.Com. Management Accounting (Integrated with CMA)
• The student can opt for more than one programme. Pre-merit registration charges will be applicable as per the number of programmes (Category 1 or 2) which the applicant has selected.
• The pre-merit registration charges will be as per structure below -

• If the student wishes to apply under specific category such as defence quota, sports/cultural quota, NER (North Eastern Region) quota etc., then he/she should select the relevant quota while filling the pre-merit application form.
• The college will be generating separate merit lists for all the above programmes. All these programmes are mutually exclusive and therefore admissions are not interchangeable unless the student has applied for multiple programmes and is eligible through the merit list of respective programme.
• All these merit lists will be published simultaneously. At the time of filling pre merit registration form, the student should select any of the given options or all the options collectively for both the categories of pre merit application forms.
• All admissions to the B.Com/B.A. regular programmes will be purely on merit basis and as per the reservation policy of the Government of Maharashtra.
• The admission to F.Y. B.Com. Accounting and Finance (Integrated with ACCA), F.Y. B.Com. Business Analytics (Integrated with IoA) and F.Y. B.Com. Management Accounting (Integrated with CMA) programmes are purely on basis of merit and these programmes will have higher fees than the B.A and B.Com. regular programme. • A student has to enter total marks of all subjects for which he has appeared (Aggregate percentage).
• We do not consider percentage like 'BEST OF FOUR' or 'BEST OF FIVE' subjects.
• If the student has entered the percentage on the basis of 'BEST OF FOUR' or 'BEST OF FIVE' subjects, he/she will not be admitted even though his / her name appeared in the merit list on the basis of those marks.
• The reservation under caste category is applicable only to the students from the State of Maharashtra having caste certificate issued by the Government of Maharashtra.
• Caste category students from other States will be considered as General Category for this purpose.
• If a student belongs to any reserved caste category from Maharashtra State, he/she will have to upload the original caste certificate issued by the Government of Maharashtra at the time of filling pre-merit application form.
• If a student wishes to take admission under any special quota such as Defence, Sports/cultural, North East Region etc., then he/she will have to upload the relevant documents at the time of filling pre-merit application form. A student can apply under more than one such quotas.
• Students who do not pay the pre-merit application charges within the given time period will not be considered for the Merit List.
• If the college finds any invalid or wrong document or information at the time of document verification, student will get an email regarding the same. He/she is expected to reupload the document or make necessary corrections immediately. Therefore, the student has to give the valid Email ID in the application form and is required to check the same regularly.
• Only after the verification process, the registration process will get completed.
• The students whose name appear in the merit list will be sent an e-mail on their registered email ID giving all the details of the admission process.
• The details of admission process, date and time period will also be available on our website under the Tab - 'Online Admissions'.
• Symbiosis does not accept any Donation or Capitation for the admission to any Academic Programme. Students are cautioned against falling prey to any assurances offered for admissions by any individual or an organization.
• Click on 'Save and Continue' to create a password and answer the hint questions. Then click on 'Submit' to register.
• After successful registration, you will get an email containing your SCACFYUG ID and password. You may continue to complete the pre-merit form by entering the remaining details. After completing your registration, click on 'Save and Continue'.
• Payment page will get activated and student can make the payment with Credit card/ Debit Card / Net Banking/ UPI.

Terms and Conditions :

1. Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce reserves the exclusive right to reject any application without assigning any reasons thereof.
2. Non-refundable, 'Pre-Merit Online Processing Charges' of Rs.1,500/- are payable by every candidate at the time of registration.
3. All the information pertaining to the admission to the College will be posted on the College website.

Undertaking :

1. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations governing the pre-merit procedure of the College as well as information and instructions given on the College website, which I have read and understood.
2. I understand that the information that I have provided in the application form will be used by the College for communication. I may receive information by email or other form on matters related to the College and I agree not to object to such communication.
3. I hereby undertake that the information given in the pre-merit application form is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. Discrepancy found if any, I understand that my application for admission can be rejected by the College authorities for misinformation, and I shall not hold the College authorities responsible.

All disputes in this regard are subject to the legal jurisdiction of Pune.
